We require three references to accompany your application.
References should be provided by individuals outside of your own family who support your Christian testimony.
Only one reference should be from a member of the pastoral staff at your church.
Please Note: It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that we receive the references.

Every SOW student must:

• Be a born-again believer
• Have read and understood the Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa statement of faith
• Have a consistent walk with the Lord, exhibited by regular church attendance and a life reflecting Acts 2:42
• Be open to the working, leading, and guiding of the Holy Spirit
• Recognize that they come under the leadership and accountability of the School of Worship staff
• Sign the student Code of Ethics

It is the responsibility of the student to find housing. At times families from the church will open their homes to School of Worship students at a reasonable cost. We will be glad to give you the phone numbers of these families if housing becomes available.

All students will receive an iPad Mini when they pay their non-refundable registration fee at the beginning of the school year.  The iPad Mini will be configured with School of Worship apps and will remain the property of the School of Worship until the end of the school year.  At that time, ownership of the iPad Mini will transfer to the student, provided that their tuition has been paid in full.

Accepted students who already own an iPad will have the iPad Mini fee waived.

Option 1: Full Payment at Registration = $3,500 (Tuition Total)

Option 2: One Payment per Semester = $3,600 (Tuition Total / Includes $100 admin fee)

Option 3: Monthly Payment Plan = $3,700 (Tuition Total / Includes $200 admin fee)

   ·      $900 due at Registration 9/1/14 (Includes $500 registration fee and 1st monthly payment of $400)

   ·      $400 due 11/1/14
   ·      $400 due 12/1/14

No payment due in January

   ·      $400 due 2/1/15
   ·      $400 due 3/1/15

A non-refundable $500 is due August 29. All other tuition will be refundable based off the following table:

- Up to week 2 = 80% to be refunded
- Up to week 3 = 70% to be refunded
- Up to week 4 = 60% to be refunded
- Up to week 5 = 50% to be refunded
