SCHOOL OF WORSHIP UPDATE

We are excited to announce that School of Worship is moving to Calvary Chapel Bible College in Twin Peaks, California, and relaunching as a bachelor's degree program in the fall of 2024! While there will still be an option to complete a one-year certificate program, all those who complete the four-year degree program will receive a bachelor's in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Worship.

This move offers the opportunity for on-campus room and board, lower program costs, and potential international student visas. These are all things we have been pursuing for our students for a number of years, and we are excited to walk through these doors that God is opening.

We look forward to opening applications for this program in January of 2024.

FAQ

Will there be an option to complete a one-year certificate program rather than a four-year degree?

• Yes, for those who are not seeking an accredited degree, there will be an option to complete a one-year certificate program in Biblical Worship.

I have previously attended School of Worship, will my credits transfer to this new accredited program?

• No, while all previous School of Worship certificates remain valid, credits will not be transferable to our new accredited program.

Will course offerings remain the same?

• The fundamental courses will remain in place with an expanded offering for the bachelor degree program.

I have already applied for fall of 2023, what does that mean for me?

You have two options:

• Option 1:
  Apply for Calvary Chapel Bible College now to start your four-year degree with biblical and general education courses, which will contribute to your accredited bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Worship following the launch of the program in the fall of 2024.

• Option 2:
  Defer until Fall of 2024 and join us for the launch of the Biblical Worship program which will have the option for a one-year unaccredited certificate or four-year accredited degree. 

If I defer my application, will I need to re-apply?

• Yes, all current applicants will need to re-apply in January of 2024.

What will the tuition costs be?

• Tuition costs will be determined this year as we prepare to expand our program. This move gives us the opportunity to offer room + board on campus, potential international student visas, and an overall more affordable experience for all students. 

Will the online program still be an option?

• Yes, we have plans to re-launch an online program in the fall of 2025. More details to follow about this program.
